Through her company, Moderna Relocation, Nevena provides personalized relocation and onboarding service to top talent and their families joining Pittsburgh’s leading employers. As a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, she helps buyers and sellers navigate the Pittsburgh market with confidence and clarity. She guides buyers toward homes and neighborhoods that align with their lifestyle, school preferences, commute, and budget, while supporting sellers with strategic pricing, thoughtful staging, targeted marketing, and skilled negotiations. Originally from Serbia, Nevena holds a degree in History of Art from Belgrade University and studied Entrepreneurship at Chatham University’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship. She has earned multiple professional designations from the National Association of REALTORS®, including RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative®), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity®), and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Nevena has been a Coldwell Banker® International Award recipient every year since 2020.

Beyond her professional work, Nevena is a passionate advocate for making Southwestern Pennsylvania a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone. She serves as an InterNations ambassador, Pittsburgh Tomorrow and Visit Pittsburgh partner, and hosts monthly networking events for newcomers and expatriates - helping them build meaningful connections and sense of belonging in their new community.
